Customer Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description :
- Manage all or purchasing function (PO,Quotation,Etc.)
- Handle with in customer forcast and plan for import product to support all customer.
- Arrange Delivery note sent to Warehouse when PO terminated and send to customer.
- Prepare weekly Balance Sheet Report of customer for Manager.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Report to Manager.
- Attend for monthly supplier meeting with Manager.
- Inventory Controller.
- Corrdinated with supplier and customer for support up on required(Local & Oversea)
- Coordinated to other department and translator for Japanese Manager.
- Developing additional business from existing customers.
- Process on directly assigned for customers and special assigned target customers for the Japanese Associate.
- Able to contact Supplier & Customer for Local & Oversea by E-Mail.(English)
- Others job as required by Manager.
Job Qualifications :
- Salary 20,000-30,000 THB
- Male / Female age between 25-30 years old.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience relate field in Customer Coordinator.
- Have excellent in negotiation skills,motivation skills and good performance.
- Have ability to work under pressure and service mind.
- Overall good command of Japanese Language (JPLTN3).
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office and Outlook.
- Working Day : Mon-Fri (09.00-17.30)
