Purchasing Supervisor (Japanese Speaking)

Qualifications
- Male or Female with age above 27 years old with Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any filed
- At least 2 years purchasing, experience in managerial level
- Good negotiation skill with can do attitude
- Computer literacy
- Flexible and ready to meet deadlines.
- Be able to handle periodical pressure and work hard.
- Fair command of English
- Japanese skill is a must (JLPT L2 or above)
Responsibility
- Control Stock
- Issue PO to supplier, EDI PO send to supplies in Japan
- Follow up part receive.
- Separate part for plating and issue PO for plating
- Issue invoice for sent part to aboard
- Contact with supplies and sale, such as, cost down request, NG and Short part
- Follow up forecast from sale
- Co-operate with shipping company to Import-Export Part
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Request quotation from supplier
- Audit local supplier with Quality Assurance
- Participate in the determination of the department's goals.
