Production Planning & Marketing Staff/Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age around 26-36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering fields
- At least 3 years working experiences related to production planning or marketing in automotive parts manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Japanese and English in communicable level
- Understanding in Japanese production concept (JIT, TPS etc.) is preferable
- Excellent in communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Focus on customer and teamwork, Skill in Decision Making, Planning and Organizing and Management Change
- Behavior model in motivation, ability and creativity
- Be able to start working in January 2013 and go for training in Japan for 6 months
Job Description:
- Supervising, establishing and coordinating suppliers’ production schedules.
- Ensuring the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between or within suppliers.
- Reviewing operations and conferring with technical or administrative staff of suppliers’ companies to resolve production or processing problems.
- Reviewing processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures or duty assignments, taking into consideration budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Directing or coordinating production and processing with suppliers.
- Preparing and maintaining production reports and records.
- Coordinating with suppliers and customers by production scheduling and inventory control, flow and velocity through the value stream, until product completion and meet the customer requirements.
- Tackling with sudden tasks or solving the problem by dealing with customers
Working Location: Bangna Km.2 and/or Sriracha Chonburi
